King Aievol has ruled the Perhaedian Empire for 45 years now. He is a cruel king who commands harsh taxes and refuses to allow the people to live their own peaceful lives. Aievol's men and demons tear children as young as five years old from their mothers' breasts to be sent to the Black City for training in the King's Army. The story will center around two main characters who begin their journey in the dungeons of the Black Keep and must find a way to escape before their fates are decided. After their escape, they will move throughout the Empire seeking shelter and gathering their own army.
The day will come when King Aievol will atone for his sins. Will you join the cause?
